Maw The Mountain Heart possible ideas for drops:

The Heart of Darkness (Focus)
Energy +12 (req. 9 Curses)
Reduces Weakness duration on you by 20% (Stacking)
Halves casting time of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)

Maw's Tongue (Wand)
Cold damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Curses)
Halves casting time of spells (Chance: 10%)
Health +30

Maw's Antipathy (Staff)
Energy +15
Dark damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Curses)
Halves casting time of Curses spells (Chance: 20%)
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 10%)
Health +30

Out of curiosity, since this is StormDragonZ thread, shouldn't we be discussing his ideas? Not posting our own?

Besides, he's a Necro boss, why would he have a Hammer? I realize there's that one boss that has a weird green drop, but seriously.

Anyway, to OP: I kind of like the ideas, but there's no way they're gonna add new greens to a dying game when they can work on GW2.

Suggestions threads are not just for Yes/No. Otherwise they would allow simple /sign /notsign here and they not.

Anyways, I got confused with the other 'add greens' thread. Hm... it could be merged with this one.

change the heart of darkness's weakness modifier to something useful
my bad i was thinking of cyndar but still if im gunna run up the snake dance.... i'd rather get something good at the end instead of a curses focus thats not even worth 3k

Maw don't come from a dungeon. That is Cynder. trust me getting to Maw is more difficult than any dungeon.

There are two Maws

One it's a 'frost-maw', but a Maw afterall, so people may confuse them.
Maw maw maw maw... don't you love saying it? Maw!

Anyways, it's so annoying to get to Maw that it could have not only greens for Necromancers, like Frostmaw have for may other professions.

Reduce Dazed duration on you by 20% instead of weakness I think, but nice ideas

but on another point
yes those items are a good idea
should do fine
just make it only necro based items

The +30 would probably have to be changed as you can't get this mod on wands.

However, i'm all up for the idea of Maw dropping greens

Hew, aren't there Blunt Swords and piercing axes? Why not slashing hammers?
